Job summary

Purolator in Richmond BC is hiring a PM Sorter to support our warehouse operations. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at 3700 Jericho Road, Richmond, BC.

No specialized education required and no experience necessary. Pallet jack and forklift certification training will be provided.

You will unload and sort freight, prepare shipments, and ensure accurate handling for timely deliveries in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks.
• Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out.
• Load freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer.
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles.
• Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items.
• Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery.

The PM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules.
