Job summary

FedEx Ground is seeking a candidate to manage and supervise the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground facility. The role supports the Safety Above All culture and ensures compliance with FXG policies and governmental regulations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of business experience, and 2 years in logistics or related services. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are required.

• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.

Gère et supervise l’ensemble de l'exploitation de tri au sein d’une installation FedEx Ground (FXG). Soutient la culture de sécurité avant tout de FedEx Ground (FXG), en veillant au respect des politiques et procédures de FXG ainsi que des réglementations gouvernementales.

CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES

• Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent
• Quatre (4) ans d'expérience dans le monde des affaires.
• Préférence accordée à deux (2) ans d'expérience en logistique et transport ou dans un secteur de services connexe.
• Avoir fait ses preuves dans l'utilisation de MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook).
• Permis de conduire en règle et bon dossier de conducteur.
• Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.
