• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent. Diplôme d'études collégiales, de préférence.
• Une connaissance de la réglementation douanière canadienne est un atout.
• Une connaissance des produits et services FedEx Express et Ground est souhaitable.
• Capacité à réussir toutes les formations de base et de remise à niveau.
• Doit être capable de soulever 70 lb (32 kg) et de manœuvrer, avec l'équipement approprié, tout colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb (68 kg).
• Doit être en mesure de compléter et d'atteindre les seuils minimaux pour tous les tests et formations obligatoires.
• Doit pouvoir fonctionner dans un environnement informatique Windows.
