Job summary

Northern Health is seeking registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers to join the Medical Imaging team across Northern British Columbia. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, physicians, and other health care professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Current certification with Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS.
• Active membership in good standing with Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations and procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, physicians and other health care professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized/accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasonography) program.
• Current certification with Sonography Canada and/or the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), as required for the assigned practice area (Generalist, Cardiac, and/or Vascular).
• Active membership in good standing with Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS.
