The Solutions Engineering, Lead — reporting to the Leader, Client Relationships — will play a crucial role in the success of Interac’s products, offering expertise in cross-product use cases and driving user growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Mastering the product suite of the emerging Interac Digital Wallet product line, KONEK.
  • Providing clients with training, product education, use case articulation, and sales support to demonstrate value.
  • Using CRM to gather and share client feedback with product teams and advocate for improvements.
  • Reviewing client use of products to identify opportunities.
  • Driving solutioning during sales by pitching cross-product use cases.
  • Articulating a compelling value proposition to position Interac products favorably.
  • Engaging in discovery sessions with Product Owners to explore opportunities and craft solutions.
  • Providing detailed pre-sales and post-integration support to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating on partner integration solutions.
  • Supporting multiple partner projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Advocating for customers and conveying insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Tracking opportunities using CRM.
  • Ensuring partner interfaces meet requirements.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide strategic advice.
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Supporting proofs of concept, tech trials, and providing feedback.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in payments or as a Solutions Engineer with technical support skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada for Interac.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field.
  • Experience in the Payments industry is an asset.
  • Understanding of Digital Wallets and In-App Payments.
  • Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication of detailed information.
  • Track record of driving improvement initiatives.
