The Team Lead for Digital Solution Engineering is responsible for architecting and driving changes within the software development team to align with business objectives. This role grants creative control and positions the individual as the primary resource for planning, coordinating, directing, and designing coding changes to internally developed applications. The Team Lead will manage research and development team members, collaborate with business stakeholders, oversee incoming changes, and define IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to web application development and associated technologies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a Related Technical Degree.
Office Setting. Sitting for extended periods of time. Must be willing to travel to our regional offices, global production sites to provide support and coverage.
