Job summary

Spellbook, the AI copilot for transactional lawyers, is hiring a Solutions Engineer. This fully remote role in Canada partners with Account Executives to ensure a frictionless evaluation from login to close, handling setup, security, and integrations.

You will address security and data privacy questions, connect mid-market and enterprise integrations, support data migrations, and own issue resolution through to deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of security and data privacy frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA).
• Experience troubleshooting authentication (SSO/SAML) and deployments.
• Hands-on with configuring integrations for mid-market/enterprise.
• Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support prospects during evaluation.
• Resolve setup, authentication, and download issues pre-trial.
• Field security and data privacy questions from prospects and customers.
• Configure existing integrations for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Assist with large-scale document and data migrations.
• Provide front-line fixes for bugs in trial accounts; escalate when needed.
• Support demos and proofs of concept addressing business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT to complete RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Create and maintain technical content to help prospects use Spellbook.
• Become a Spellbook product expert and monitor competitor landscape.
• Attend events or training to support revenue goals.
