Job Overview
We're looking for a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our technology. In this customer-facing role, you'll be dedicated to supporting successful integrations and providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance for customer integrations with our platform
Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and use cases
Troubleshoot integration issues and develop solutions to technical challenges
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes
Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer-specific needs and bugs
Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new customers
Develop demos, proofs of concept, and sample implementations
Serve as a technical advisor for customers throughout their implementation journey
Relay customer feedback and requirements to product and engineering teams
Stay current with blockchain technology and payment integration best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in customer-facing positions
Strong understanding of API integrations and web technologies
Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
