We are seeking an exceptional Lead Solutions Engineer who can serve as a technical thought leader and client-facing architect, combining deep technical expertise with superior communication and project implementation skills. In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions with clients, rapidly prototype solutions using cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies, architect sophisticated solutions that address complex business challenges, implement the project from prototype to production by writing code and provisioning cloud infrastructures, while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Strategic Technical Leadership & Client Engagement:

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients, effectively translating business requirements into architectural solutions.
• Define and drive the architectural vision and technical strategy for client engagements.
• Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI/LLM technologies to demonstrate solution feasibility.
• Navigate and effectively communicate technical architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with clients, product managers, and internal stakeholders to balance technical constraints with business objectives.

Solution Architecture Excellence:

• Design and architect world-class technical solutions leveraging state-of-the-art cloud technologies and development tools.
• Set and uphold high standards for technical architectures and systems design, and operational excellence.
• Create innovative solutions utilizing AI and LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Develop reusable solution components and comprehensive documentation.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices.

Client Success & Technical Advisory:

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for key client engagements.
• Present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with client technical teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
• Guide clients through technical decision-making processes with clear explanations and demonstrations.

Technical Excellence & Ownership:

• Write, own and maintain high-quality, readable code that is appropriately flexible, reusable, and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Own the full lifecycle of code from prototype to production, including bug fixes, load testing, penetration testing, and accessibility remediation.
• Set and uphold high standards of technical architectures, code quality, system design, and operational excellence.

Innovation & AI Integration:

• Stay at the forefront of AI/LLM technologies and their practical applications.
• Drive the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices across client projects and internal teams.
• Create reusable patterns and frameworks for AI/LLM integration.
• Lead proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies.

Technical Execution & Leadership:

• Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering growth and technical expertise.
• Lead by example in delivering high-quality technical solutions.
• Drive technical excellence through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Work independently on complex technical challenges while maintaining clear communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of extensive experience in software development with proven solution architecture experience and delivering high-quality software.
• World-class expertise in rapid prototyping using and on top of state-of-the-art AI/LLM technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
• Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to develop initial proof-of-concept code and progressively expand it through iterative development into production-grade, deployable software applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Deep knowledge in most of the state-of-the-art code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, bolt.new, v0, Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, VS Code Copilot, Continue.dev, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue.js, Sveltekit, Astro, Next, Remix, Nuxt, TailwindCSS).
• Expertise in either TypeScript & Node.js & ES6+ or Python 3, and both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Proven track record of successful client engagements and solution delivery.
• Strong ability to adapt communication style to different audiences while maintaining technical accuracy.
• History of creating reusable solution patterns and frameworks that span multiple client engagements.
