Job summary

MNP invites a Solution Developer to join our Digital Solutions practice in Markham. You will work on Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management alongside a team of architects, delivering configurations, customizations, and .NET extensions to meet client needs.

Leverage Power Platform, AI, and modern development tools to drive efficiencies across public, private and not-for-profit sectors. This on-site role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to contribute to government

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions
• 2 years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform technologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Licensing and Permits and Grants Management preferred
• Proficient with Power Pages, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint
• Proficient with ASP.NET, C#, web services
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing of web applications
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC from requirements to testing
• Post-Secondary Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
• Government project experience preferred, travel within Canada willingness

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of Dynamics 365 developers and architects
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
• Engage with clients to understand and design solutions
• Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
• Utilize AI to evolve development practices and establish MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm
• Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
• Pursue professional development and knowledge sharing
• Develop understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industry
• Raise awareness of MNP at community events

Responsibilities:

Performance Expectations

• Be part of a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and architects
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
• Engage directly with clients to understand, design and recommend solutions
• Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
• Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm
• Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
• Take a proactive and continuous approach for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industry
• Raise awareness of MNP at community events

Skills and Experience

• Three (3) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions, with two (2) years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module and Power Platform technologies
• Experience in Dynamics 365 solutions for Licensing and Permits and Grants Management preferred
• Development experience with the following technologies:

• Experience on Government projects is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel (local and within Canada)
