Alstom in Saint-Bruno seeks an experienced Software Quality Metier Manager to lead the quality strategy for critical rail software and ensure reliability and safety across projects.

The role requires on-site presence three days a week, bilingual communication in French and English, and a passion for delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that connect cities and communities.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Software Quality Metier Manager, you will ensure our software solutions are robust, secure, and ready for tomorrow's journeys.

This position requires on-site presence 3 days per week. Several shuttles are provided by Alstom between Montreal and the St-Bruno site to facilitate the commute.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
