Symbiotic Digital invites applications for a Senior Test Lead in Toronto, onsite, for a 12-month duration. The role will lead QA and testing across the solution delivery lifecycle, defining testing strategy and QA governance, and leveraging manual and automated testing to ensure production readiness.

You will develop test plans, lead defect triage, and report testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders. A strong background in large, complex digital or enterprise solutions is required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Test Lead to lead quality assuranceand testing activities across the solution delivery lifecycle. The successfulcandidate will define the overall testing strategy and oversee the developmentand execution of test plans, scenarios, scripts, defect management processes,and quality reporting activities. The role will leverage both manual andautomated testing approaches to ensure solution quality and productionreadiness.
