The role requires a STEM degree and 3+ years QA experience, with emphasis on collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to create test plans when requirements are unclear.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong QA principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to create test cases and plans when requirements are unclear.
• Familiarity with test environments and basic cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and PM teams to design tests and checklists.
• Identify, document, and track defects with details for the fix.
• Execute manual tests including regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Advocate for QA best practices across the SDLC.
• Analyze results and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Set up and manage complex test environments aligned with project needs.
• Contribute to automated testing strategy to improve coverage and efficiency.
