About the role:

We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our product development team. We're searching for passionate candidates looking to work with a great team of Developers, Front End Developers, Designers & Product Managers. With a mix of manual and automated testing techniques, you'll use industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to ensure quality. Help us build a sales financing platform for the 21st century!

What you'll do:

• Perform upstream testing and analysis to prevent bugs from entering the product
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans that cover end-to-end testing
• Advocate for the user before the product hits the market
• Work independently with minimal assistance
• Execute test routines for integration, system, functional, and UAT testing
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including Designers & Developers, to achieve optimal results
• Provide test reports to Product Managers & QA Managers to keep the team updated on progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in QA, focusing on manual testing
• Experience with all phases of the testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, gap analysis, test case creation, and execution
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards
• Motivated to participate in requirements gathering and translate them into test plans
• Keen interest in working within small, close-knit teams of Front-End Developers & Designers
• Aiming to make QA a repeatable and scalable function, reducing reliance on regression testing
• Ability to understand the underlying 'why' of the product and the business context
• Proactive attitude, love for giving feedback, and desire to build simple, better products
• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Experience with CI servers, JScript, RSpec, Ruby, or other OOP languages
• Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing
