We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing Products & Technology team in Toronto. This team is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable solutions to serve over 600,000 members.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

• Validate and review test coverage against business requirements, user stories, and product backlog items.
• Contribute to the identification and escalation of gaps within user stories and/or technical documents that could impact testing.
• Analyze, understand, and implement Agile testing practices.
• Ensure testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements, systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify issues.
• Work collaboratively in an agile team with QA Engineers, QA Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Agile Leads.
• Assist the Agile team to refine User Story Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Ready, and the Definition of Done.
• Ensure testing tasks are identified and created during sprint planning.
• Execute test cases and document results in a test management tool.
• Configure and manage test data across all testing environments.
• Work with automated test scripts to identify issues and contribute to developing new scripts to reduce manual testing effort.

To Succeed In This Role, You Have

• Post-secondary education or accreditation in a relevant field or related experience.
• 2-5 years of experience overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.
• 2-5 years of experience with manual or automated testing frameworks, preferably JavaScript frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of testing concepts and methodologies used in Agile contexts.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr/JIRA applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and an out-of-the-box thinking approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge in a cross-platform environment.
• PPAC/CEBS Certification or current enrollment preferred.
