Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing M&A/finance roles.
• Experience in software or outbound origination is preferred.
• Strong interest in long-term software investing and M&A relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an M&A pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Create market maps and build relationships within software verticals.
• Meet monthly M&A sourcing targets and KPIs.
• Qualify opportunities independently or with M&A leadership.
• Ensure lead database accuracy across portfolio verticals.
• Maintain long-term, value-added communication with prospects.
• Help Portfolio Managers focus on strongest opportunities.
