Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT and insurance sector projects within our hybrid Montréal location. The 12-month full-time temporary role reports to the Director of Projects and collaborates with a 7–10 person team.

You will plan, monitor progress and budgets, coordinate customer requirements, and drive CRM/ERP implementation initiatives while ensuring quality. Fluency in French and English, PMP/Scrum Master certification, and 10–15 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT or finance project management experience.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications.
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and manage development and implementation stages of assigned projects.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables and quality standards.
• Assist customers during project definition and gather information.
• Coordinate activities required for project approval.
• Lead project teams and promote collaboration with clients.
• Maintain project metrics and control change requests.
