Role: The Specialist - Global Compensation & Benefits reports to the Vice-President of Human Resources and works closely with the Human Resources and management teams. The ideal candidate will act with autonomy as a trusted advisor and key player to support the Human Resources function and the management team on compensation best practices (monetary and non-monetary), benefits, salary forecasts, market data analysis, compensation budget and mid- and long-term compensation strategy.
