Loop, based in downtown Toronto, is seeking Software Developers to help build the technology powering modern global banking. You’ll work across the stack from React UI to backend services and APIs, shaping platform architecture and delivering features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience building production web applications across modern stacks.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs and relational databases.
• Ability to deliver reliable, secure software with good performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy features across the full stack—from React UI to backend services and APIs.
• Develop secure, scalable systems powering cross-border payments and banking integrations.
• Create intuitive, fast user experiences while improving workflows and usability.
• Build APIs and services ensuring high availability and performance for complex financial flows.
• Write automated tests, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to turn ideas into durable technical solutions.
