Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a versatile software engineer to create RL environments and tackle complex engineering challenges. You will work on developing solutions for bug fixes, feature implementation, and performance improvements.

You will also refactor codebases and design reproducible environments and golden reference solutions to support robust AI testing and development workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript; C++/Go a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
• Experience with feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI models' problem-solving abilities.
• Develop solutions for complex software engineering problems including bug fixing and feature implementation.
• Refactor codebases and optimize software performance.
