Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (contractor) to support an AI training project. You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for software engineering tasks using MCP tools.

Responsibilities include creating RL environments, evaluating AI agents on code challenges, and delivering clear technical feedback. Remote work is available for this contractor position with approximately 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong programming language proficiency (Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript).
• Experience debugging and fixing complex software issues.
• Experience with feature implementation and codebase refactoring.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and tuning.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks.
