Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to contribute ~15 hours per week, working remotely on an AI training project. You will build reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks, verify results deterministically, and craft reference solutions while evaluating agents using MCP tools.

Strong coding expertise across Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript is required. This role emphasizes reproducibility, high-code quality, and clear technical feedback
