Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to contribute approximately 15 hours per week on a remote basis. You will build reinforcement learning environments and reference solutions for evaluating AI models using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.

Responsibilities include designing deterministic verification, managing reproducible task scenarios, and providing clear feedback on coding approaches while collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python/Java/C/C++ or TypeScript in complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience fixing bugs, implementing features, refactoring, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks.
