CapIntel is looking for a Software Development Team Lead to drive both technical and team success. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and a people leader, ensuring that the development team is engaged, aligned with business objectives, and set up for long-term success. You’ll lead technical problem-solving, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
