Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor (Specialist/Lead) to join our high-performing Hawkesbury team. This role focuses on driving performance through trend and KPI analysis, supporting health and safety programs, and championing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to step in and cover for production supervisors during vacations or absences.

  • Act as liaison between production teams and management
  • Support new process implementation
  • Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and talent development
  • Encourage open communication across all levels
  • Fill in for production supervisors during absences to ensure smooth operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years in a production, manufacturing, or operations role with lean manufacturing focus
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Proven leadership and influencing abilities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to step into supervisory roles as needed
