Intellijoint Surgical Inc is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the R&D software delivery for native macOS and web apps. You will plan, coordinate, and manage development and release of compliant software for our medical device portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with product, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, ensuring on-time delivery, and balancing flexibility with rigor in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a software engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant software experience including 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience delivering commercial software products through full SDLC.
• Experience managing Agile development teams and release planning.
• Experience with software for hardware-based products; DevOps is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulated industries; medical device experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee software delivery across multiple product lines from planning to release.
• Lead agile teams, coach planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure design controls, risk management, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with product, systems, quality, regulatory and operations teams.
• Drive process improvement, tooling, automation, and CI/CD while maintaining compliance.
