Ericsson Canada is seeking a passionate Software Developer to join our multi-functional R&D team. You will design, implement, and maintain microservices, drive automation, and collaborate with international teams across the OSS/BSS domain for Tier 1 operators.

You will work through the full software lifecycle in a Scaled Agile environment, with AI-enabled tooling, strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement, and opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Shell, REST and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 6+ years with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• 6+ years with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, including Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
• Experience with generative AI-based LLMs, GENAPI’s, and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and English communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in XFNT Agile teams.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and domains.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, integrate, and maintain microservices.
• End-to-end ownership from design through verification and deployment to production support.
• Collaborate with other design teams and international cross-functional teams.
• Drive improvements by deriving insights related to products and processes.
• Create supporting infrastructure such as monitoring, CI/CD, and test environments.
