Ross Video is seeking a Software Developer Co-op for the Winter term (January–April 2027). The position is hybrid remote with a part in Ottawa, Ontario, and pays $24–$35 per hour.

Reporting to the Vice President, Product Security and Ross Research Labs, the successful candidate will use their curiosity, ingenuity and problem-solving skills to develop proofs of concept and potentially in-product software at the leading edge.
One example of our output, substantially developed by co-ops is Catena: a major initiative in the Broadcast Industry, led by Ross Video to standardize a control plane that is secure, cloud scale, multi-vendor. This position is located at our Ottawa Campus on Auriga Drive and is expected to be in the office 3 days a week. Our pay rates range from $24 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
