Ross Video is seeking a Software Developer Co-op for the Winter Term 2027. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site days at the Ottawa Nepean campus. Pay ranges from $24 to $35 per hour, based on experience.

You must be enrolled in Computer Science, with hands-on experience in Java, React, Redux, RxJS, Jest, npm, webpack, babel, and NodeJS. Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, and Agile is valued. Ideal candidates are eager to tackle new challenges, self-starters who take initiative, and

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or a similar program.
• Experience with Java is a must.
• Experience with front-end libraries and frameworks like React, Redux, and RxJS.
• Experience with writing unit tests and using testing frameworks like Jest is highly valued.
• Experience with tools and applications like npm, webpack, babel and NodeJS is an asset.
• Experience with GitHub and GitLab is an asset.
• Experience or familiarity with the Agile methodology.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This position is primarily remote (work from home) with the occasional on-site day located at our Ottawa Campus in Nepean. Our pay rates range from $24 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
