Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Developer to design, build, and own mission-critical solutions for our in-house Security Services teams, enabling high-value services for global customers. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating complex web applications at scale.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development—the ability to effectively integrate AI tools into your workflow while maintaining critical judgment.
• Experience delivering production systems end-to-end and driving complex technical initiatives with autonomy.
• Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying services in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with modern containerized technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Comfortable with microservices architectures and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with event-streaming platforms like Apache Kafka is a plus.
