Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Developer to lead major feature delivery, contribute to architecture, and mentor peers across our threat intelligence and detection platforms. You will work within an R&D innovation team to build scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms, design production‑grade APIs, and advance detection capabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists, security researchers, and SOC analysts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on building and maintaining large‑scale data pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Experience designing and shipping production‑grade RESTful or gRPC APIs, with scaling in mind.
• Familiarity with streaming frameworks like Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming, or Flink.
• Comfort with containerized environments and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
• Delivers major product features independently and mentors team members.
• Drives architectural strategy and cross‑functional initiatives across teams.
• Reviews code, provides feedback, and helps unblock fellow developers.
• Maintains alignment with business objectives and OKRs.
