Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, and enhance mission-critical services that power our real-time detection platform. You will work on event enrichment, correlation, and stream processing at massive scale, within a team focused on reliability and data quality.

You will contribute to architecture across cloud environments and containerized deployments, collaborating with threat researchers and engineers to advance detection capabilities and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Strong real-time data processing and high-throughput systems background.
• Experience delivering production systems end-to-end with autonomy.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java.
• Experience deploying services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes in CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance core components of the real-time detection platform.
• Build and evolve large-scale distributed systems processing trillions of events daily.
• Develop capabilities across event processing, detection frameworks, and stream-processing infra.
• Solve scalability, reliability, latency, throughput, and cost challenges in cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction of next-gen platform capabilities.
• Deliver production-ready software and operate systems at massive scale.
• Mentor other developers and foster ownership and quality.
