Job summary

Plusgrade is seeking a Software Developer- Fullstack to join the Subscription team in Montreal. You will design, build and operate services that let members sign up, manage, and renew subscriptions powering loyalty currencies and partner perks.

The stack includes Python/Flask, React, Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD with GitLab; you’ll contribute across enrollment, billing, renewals, and notifications. You’ll work closely with product and architecture teams, apply tests and observability practices,

The team owns the full lifecycle: enrollment, the recurring billing engine, renewals, pricing configuration, rate changes, promotions, notifications, and the pages members use to sign up and manage their plans. The subscription product has seen over 90% growth year over year and is used by major airlines partners like AFKLM, Qatar Airways, Finnair to name a few. We’re looking for a fullstack developer to own meaningful capabilities in that product end to end, from the proposal to production. ## What You’ll Be DoingYou will design, build, and operate reliable services that let members sign up for, manage, and renew subscriptions that deliver loyalty currency and partner perks. Day to day, you’ll work across domain areas such as enrollment, lifecycle management, recurring billing and renewals, rate changes, and notifications collaborating closely with members from product and our architecture group. You will help evolve our Python/Flask services, React frontend, improve observability, test new features and support the domain in production. You’ll leverage and create powerful AI-assisted workflows all part of the SDLC and use modern tools like Claude.
