RBC in Toronto is seeking a Software IT Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of software contracts and ensure licensing compliance across the enterprise. You will track asset records, manage renewals and true-ups, monitor usage, and convert purchase activity into license entitlements.
The role requires 5–8 years in Software Asset Management, a strong ability to review licensing documents, and hands-on experience with Flexera and ServiceNow.
This position joins a team of software professionals who collectively provide software contract and asset management services within the organization. This role will manage a portfolio of key software contracts across the enterprise.
The Software IT Asset Manager reports to the Sr. Manager of the Software Asset Management team.
