As a valued member of our team you will provide social work services for residents and families within legislative and budgetary parameters.We are currently hiring for a Full time Social Worker for a contract position at Extendicare **Rouge Valley**, located in **Scarborough, Ontario****What you’ll be doing*** Provides counseling or group sessions for residents and families, while evaluating program effectiveness.* Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, etc. for both residents and department in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.* Participates on committees related to resident care and operation of the Home as required.
