Job summary

Autismservices is seeking a full-time, permanent PIPS-Enhanced Intensive Case Manager to support a small caseload of complex mental health clients with co-occurring substance use disorders. This role includes providing direct case management, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and applying trauma-informed care approaches.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and be able to register as a social worker or occupational therapist. The position offers Monday to Friday scheduling with a mix of shifts.

Qualifications

Job Title

PIPS-Enhanced Intensive Case Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a full‑time, permanent social worker or occupational therapist to serve a small case load (8‑10) of complex mental health clients, many with co‑occurring substance use disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct case management, including assisting clients with physical and mental health appointments, housing, social/rec programming, financial management, and other services as needed.
  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team that includes a team lead, other ICMs, and support workers.
  • Apply crisis‑management techniques, harm‑reduction principles, trauma‑informed care, and person‑centered philosophies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor individualized service plans.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Strong crisis‑management skills.
  • Knowledge of harm‑reduction, trauma‑informed, and person‑centered philosophies.
  • Must be able to become a registered social worker or occupational therapist; registration cost will be covered by Phoenix.
Schedule

Monday‑Friday, four day shifts and one evening shift (1:00 pm‑9:30 pm).
