Job summary

2 Web Design Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking an in-person Marketing Specialist to lead digital campaigns and grow our client reach.

You will plan and execute strategy across email, social, SEO/SEM, and content, and collaborate with creative and web teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or Communications, proven social media marketing experience, and proficiency with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Build digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and audience
• Campaign Management: Plan and run campaigns across email, social, SEO/SEM, ads, and content
• Performance Analysis: Track and report results using KPIs and ROI
• Market Research & Trends: Research markets and analyze trends to find growth opportunities
• Content Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and web teams to deliver cohesive content
• SEO & SEM: Optimize for organic search and manage paid campaigns for conversions
• Social Media: Create and manage strategies to grow, engage, and convert followers
• Email Marketing: Run campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization
• Marketing Automation: Use tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing
• Innovation & Learning: Stay current with digital trends, tech, and best practices
