Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  2. Create and curate engaging content that highlights our market research expertise, industry insights, and client success stories.
  3. Manage daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  4. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
  5. Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
  7. Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  8. Assist in the promotion of events, webinars, and new research reports across social media platforms.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications :
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (internships are also considered).
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  5. Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content (basic graphic design skills a plus).
  6. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
