We're Hiring: Content Creator + Social Media Associate

Location: Toronto, ON (Full-Time, Onsite)

Are you obsessed with beauty, content creation, and all things social? Do you live for trending audio, viral beauty tips, and eye-catching Reels? If your camera roll is full of draft edits and you’re constantly jotting down content ideas — keep reading.

Gee Beauty is looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as Content Creator + Social Media Associate. This is your chance to work closely with our co-founders, shape our digital voice, and bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Content Creation

• Dream up and execute scroll-stopping and shareable content ideas
• Capture, shoot, edit, and produce Reels, TikToks, and BTS beauty moments
• Work directly with Gee Beauty’s co-founders to create engaging content that brings the brand’s voice and aesthetic to life
• Keep up with beauty and content trends, bringing fresh insights to the team weekly
• Own the behind-the-scenes content for our co-founders’ Instagram LIVES

Social Media Management

• Upload and schedule posts to keep our feed flowing and on-brand
• Engage with our audience daily across Instagram and TikTok
• Track and report on social metrics weekly (growth, engagement, insights) to inform strategy
• Monitor mentions and UGC to find opportunities for reposting and community shoutouts

What We’re Looking For:

• A content-savvy, self-starting creative with a strong eye for detail
• Experience in video editing, storytelling, and social trends (beauty experience is a huge plus!)
• Comfortable behind and in front of the camera
• A passion for beauty, social, and digital storytelling
