Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator who is passionate about sports performance, fitness, and storytelling. Your role will be to capture, create, and share engaging content that highlights the training, progress, and achievements of the athletes we work with, while also showcasing the cutting-edge education we provide.

This is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of elite sports performance and fitness education, working closely with athletes, coaches, and industry experts to create high-impact content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content showcasing athlete training, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational insights.
• Develop engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, educational series).
• Capture live content during athlete training sessions, workshops, and educational courses to bring our brand story to life.
• Create compelling narratives that connect sports performance with the education we deliver, making complex concepts digestible and engaging.

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

• Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms to maintain a strong and consistent presence.
• Stay ahead of trends in fitness, sports performance, and social media to create viral, engaging content.
• Engage with the community, responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building a loyal following.
• Optimize content for each platform, ensuring high engagement and organic growth.

Performance Tracking & Improvement

• Analyze content performance using social media insights and analytics tools.
• Test and iterate content styles and formats based on engagement data.
• Report on key metrics, providing insights to refine content strategy and audience growth.

A creative and technical pro – You can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos.
Social media savvy – You understand what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Comfortable in high-energy environments – You can keep up with fast-paced training sessions and capture the intensity of elite sports.
Self-motivated and proactive – You take ownership of projects and are always looking for ways to improve content.

Skills & Experience Required

Video production & editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Photography & photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva)
Storytelling & scriptwriting (for video voiceovers, captions, and hooks)
Social media analytics & strategy (understanding engagement metrics, hashtag optimization, and platform algorithms)
Fast content turnaround (ability to quickly create and post content while it’s relevant)
Trend awareness (knowing what’s hot in sports performance and social media)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Required)

• Experience working with athletes, coaches, or sports brands
• Understanding of fitness education, strength & conditioning, or sports science
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva, or similar)
• Experience with live streaming or event coverage
