  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence, brand voice, and visual standard across social channels.
  • Provide clear briefs and creative direction to support content execution across the team.
  • Stay current on social trends, platform developments, cultural moments, and opportunities relevant to the 100 Ways brand.
Content Creation & Production
  • Lead the development of social content, including determining shot lists, formats, concepts, and visual approaches.
  • Capture and create high-quality photo and short-form video content aligned with 100 Ways brand guidelines.
  • Edit and adapt content for use across multiple marketing channels, including:
    • Social media
    • Website product and collection pages

    • Paid advertising
  • Edit and adapt user-generated content, creator and ambassador content, and event content for brand use.
  • Organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets to support efficient reuse and brand consistency.
  • Participate in brand content when required, including appearing on camera, recording voice-overs, and modelling jewellery.
Community Engagement
  • Support day-to-day engagement across 100 Ways social channels.

  • Bring forward new content ideas based on social trends, audience behaviour, performance insights, and what you’re seeing across the industry.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Review social media and content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Use performance data to refine content formats, posting cadence, creative approaches, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department Manager to identify high-performing organic content that could be adapted for paid advertising.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of paid social creative formats.
  • Continually test and refine content based on performance and audience engagement.
Marketing Campaigns, Events & Partnerships
  • Incorporate creator, ambassador, and user-generated content into the social content calendar.
  • Support marketing events and activations through content capture, live posting, and post-event content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content supports broader campaigns and business objectives.
  • Contribute to additional marketing initiatives and campaigns as required.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating photo, video, and social-first content.
  • Experience planning, creating, editing, and publishing social content from brief through completion.
