As a Growth Marketing Specialist, Sustainable Wealth you will work in collaboration with the Sustainable Wealth Management and Vancity Investment Management team to support the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of marketing communications, campaigns, and marketing platforms that help achieve Vancity’s business and brand objectives. You will develop compelling content, coordinate marketing initiatives, and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing tactics are relevant, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketing professional who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to deliver exceptional marketing experiences and measurable results.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office and will report directly to the Marketing Manager, Sustainable Wealth. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

This role offers a salary range of $69,700to $90,200per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills,previousexperience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
