Job summary

MyMagicHealer in Kelowna is seeking a Social Content Producer to own the creation of short-form organic content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is a highly hands-on role, shooting inside our Kelowna warehouse and out in the community with real people.

You will generate concepts weekly, film high-volume content, run street interviews, and craft questions, hooks, scripts, and formats. If you’re comfortable approaching strangers and are obsessed with internet culture, this is for you.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Content Producer to own the creation of short-form organic content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

This is a highly hands‑on role. You’ll create content:

• Inside our Kelowna warehouse and office, with our team and founder, around our products and behind‑the‑scenes moments
• On the streets of Kelowna interviewing and interacting with real people
• At events, activations, and around the community

We are not looking for someone who needs to be told exactly what to film.

We want someone who walks into the warehouse and thinks: “I already see five videos we could make today.”

You’ll Own

• Generating new TikTok/Reels concepts every week
• Filming high‑volume organic social content
• Running street interviews around Kelowna
• Approaching strangers and getting engaging responses
• Creating questions, hooks, scripts, and content formats
• You consistently create a strong pipeline of content without needing leadership to constantly push it forward.

Who You Are:

• Extremely comfortable talking to strangers
• Creative and naturally full of ideas
• Obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and internet culture
• Confident behind and/or in front of the camera
• Good at making people comfortable on camera
• Able to ask great follow‑up questions
• Fast and resourceful
• Comfortable experimenting rather than waiting for perfection
• Able to recognize what makes people stop scrolling

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

• You want a remote role
• You are uncomfortable approaching strangers
• You need detailed briefs before creating something
• You rarely use TikTok or Instagram Reels
• You wait for someone else to come up with the ideas
• You need constant follow‑up to move projects forward

Location — Non‑Negotiable

• You MUST currently live in Kelowna, BC or be willing to relocate to Kelowna and work here full‑time.

This is not a remote position.

• You will regularly be filming at our Kelowna facility and going out into the community to create street and real‑world content.
