The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing social and display advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties.

Requirements:
  1. Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  2. Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance.
  3. Optimize budget distribution across campaigns to increase ROI.
  4. Regularly analyze campaign performance and make adjustments for improvement.
  5. Focus on key performance indicators such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.

  • Analyze data and generate insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to improve reach and relevance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and methodologies in programmatic advertising.
  • Google Marketing Certification is a plus!
