Job description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and managing social and display advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role calls for a strategic problem solver with a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties.

Requirements:
  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across various platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance.
  • Improve the distribution of the budget across different campaigns to increase return on investment.
  • Continuous improvement: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns and improve results.
  • Performance metrics: Prioritize key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to improve campaign reach and relevance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and standard methodologies in programmatic advertising.
  • Google Marketing Certification - nice to have!

Working Arrangement

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
