Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC is seeking a SOC Design Engineer in Markham, Ontario, to define, implement, and optimize ASIC/IP blocks for high-performance, low-power products.

The role involves RTL design across multi-site teams, interaction with verification, PD, DFT, and SW groups, and fluency with industry tools (Spyglass, PrimeTime, DC-Compiler). A strong background in Verilog/VHDL and UPF is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technical field with ASIC experience.
• Experience across RTL design, verification, and integration for SoC blocks.
• Knowledge of low-power design, UPF, and power-domain crossing.
