Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create memorable consumer experiences by showcasing and sampling products at local Sobeys stores. You will engage customers, share product information, and meet sampling targets with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This permanent part-time role offers ongoing casual shifts throughout the year with training provided before your first shift. Weekend availability is required and driving to Tecumseh and Windsor is an asset.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler and Smart Serve Certificates prior to the interview.
• Available on weekends; Thursday-Sunday availability is an asset.
• Able to work in Tecumseh & Windsor; driving is an asset.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Stand for the duration of a shift and assist with setup/teardown of the sampling station.
• Access to a smartphone for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local Sobeys grocery stores.
• Share key product information and answer customer questions.
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, tear down).

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed. Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary

• $21/per hour

• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
