Job summary

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies in Alberta is seeking a dynamic sales and instructing representative for our Winter Sports School. The role blends sales duties with ski/snowboard instruction, with hourly wages starting at $19.00 for sales and scaling by qualification levels for instructing.

Responsibilities include booking lessons, assisting guests with inquiries, and delivering high-quality instruction to guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Own work VISA or legal status to work in Canada
• Cover Letter and Resume/CV
• Proof of certification and active membership
• Criminal Record Check with clearance to work with children (dated within last 12 months)
• Two application rounds closing dates: Oct 16, 2026 and Nov 8, 2026

Responsibilities

• Book lessons and assist guests with resort inquiries
• Provide superior guest experience and service
• Ensure ski/snowboard lesson bookings are accurate and efficient (face-to-face, phone, email)
• Provide high-quality ski and/or snowboard instruction for guests of all ages and abilities
• Carry out duties set out by the Winter Sports School when required
• Delivery of excellent ski and/or snowboard instruction per Ski & Snowboard School standards
• Provide guidance and feedback to help students achieve their goals
• Ensure professional communication with guests and staff
