Futurescape Landscaping in Greater Sudbury, Ontario is seeking Snow Removal Labourers for a 6-month contract with potential to become permanent full-time. The role begins in September 2026 and involves outdoor winter work maintaining access for commercial properties.

Qualifications

• No years of experience required; reliability, hardworking and safety-minded attitude valued.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Must be physically able to work in winter conditions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and during winter events.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers and other equipment.
• Apply de-icing materials to prevent slips and falls.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Work safely and effectively in cold and changing winter conditions.

For over 26 years, Futurescape Landscaping has proudly served the Greater Sudbury community by transforming outdoor spaces and building lasting relationships with our clients.

As winter approaches, we're looking for motivated Snow Removal Labourers to join our team and help keep our commercial clients' properties safe, accessible, and well maintained throughout the snow season.

What You'll Do

As part of our snow removal team, you'll stay active and work outdoors while helping keep walkways and properties safe during winter weather.

Your responsibilities will include

• Clearing snow from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Applying de-icing materials to help prevent slips and falls.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Working safely and effectively in cold and changing winter conditions.

You'll need:

• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required.
