Job summary

CSL Group Ltd in Mississauga is seeking a reliable Snow Removal / Snow Labourer to help keep sidewalks and entrances safe during the winter season. You will work with a team to clear snow, apply salt, and maintain walkways, often in cold, early-morning conditions.

This role offers $20-$25 per hour with Guaranteed Pay Options, paid bi-weekly, and the potential for full-time, year-round employment if both sides wish to continue after the contract ends.

Qualifications

• G license preferred (G2 also considered).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (shovels don't come with wheels).
• Open availability for on-call work (snow does not follow a schedule).
• A mobile phone for communication.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal from sidewalks and sites.

But you'll be part of a team that has each other's backs, celebrates small wins, and finds humour in the snowiest of situations.

What You'll Need
